Cala Xarraca

Cala Xarraca

Cala Xarraca is a tiny cove that belongs to the municipality of Sant Joan in northern Ibiza where there are more coves than beaches as the orography is large and uneven, but also more cliffs and rugged regions. Small coves such as Xarraca are dreamy. This little paradise is very crowded, mainly by locals on weekends because of its attractive beauty, its crystalline waters, and its nudist area.

Identity card:

Type: Sandy Beach

Cala Xarraca is a short 90 meters long and 15 meters wide cove. The water is crystalline and clear ideal for snorkeling since it is a closed bay, it has little depth at the shores. The surroundings are rocky; on one side there are fishing huts which have long been a nudist location. There is a restaurant with the same name which provides hammocks, parasols, pedalos, toilet and shower service. There is no lifeguard or wheelchair service in this cove.
