Beautiful and traditional house, completely renovated in 2007 and is one of Ibizadvisor’s selection of hotels, villas & holiday homes. It can be booked directly on our page using our partner’s reservation widget. It is 9km far away from Ibiza town, Santa Eulalia 8 min and 15 min from the airport. Distribution: The house has 4 double bedrooms and a single room. It has two floors. On the ground floor you’ll find the main entrance, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a third bedroom with 1 single bed. These 3 bedrooms share a bathroom.
The master bedroom with double bed en suite with Jacuzzi. Big living room, kitchen fully equipped . On the upper floor of the house there is a bedroom with 2 single beds en suite, with a wide terrace overlooking the hillside.
The outdoor has an incredible garden with olive and fruit trees, a covered porch with gas barbecue, large saltwater pool ( no chlorine ) and a ping- pong table. The finishes of the house give it a modern style, but not losing the traditional flavor of the island such with sabina wood roof, the big wood doors etc. All rooms have air conditioning.
