Can Carabasso is a beautiful villa, a haven of peace, tastefully furnished and recently built, it has 300m² built, fully equipped with air conditioning.
It is 4 km from Santa Gertrudis and 10 km from Ibiza city, 2 km from the supermarket/restaurant Es Caliu, 7 km from the beach of Santa Eulalia. The house is located in an isolated rural area, entrance is via 600m of dirt track road
Distribution:
On the ground floor there is an interior patio “Zen” with plants, surrounded by large windows. Beside this there is a guest toilet. Following the left we find the living room equipped with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, all with access to the covered terrace, several seating areas and pool. There is also another living room with fireplace, perfect for reading.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms: one with 2 single beds, 2 with double bed (one en-suite) and a bathroom with shower in the hallway.
Going to the first floor we’ll find the master bedroom with dressing room, en-suite bathroom with shower and a terrace with table and chairs. In the exterior there is a large swimming pool (15×8 m) with integrated jacuzzi, sun beds. It has a double garage.
