We have worked with many villas over the years but Villa Can Pera Serra has got a very special place in our hearts. Honestly there is something so unique about this property. We think there are various factors that make this place so extraordinary. One of them being the fact that the villa is very private but not isolated, providing you with perfectly comfortable holiday scenery.
Everyone is surprised how spacious the villa is. The property has a lovely luxurious feel to it making you feel like a royal ; )
Another really great aspect is the location, 15 min walk to the beach and centre of Port des Torrent. You could be hiding undisturbed in this divine holiday oasis or in few minutes be in a restaurant, shop, bar or on the beach.
The 1st floor view terrace is the most unique benefit of this magnificent villa.
It is extra large, has got 4 sun beds, and a chill out set. You could access it from both ensuite bedrooms. And it is surrounded by stunning views, hill views to the right and bay views to the left.
Worth adding here that San Antonio Bay is where the sun sets and you get you private space to watch those pink skies.

The property is located in really great neighbourhood.
The closest village to the Villa is Port des Torrent, you will find there restaurants, bars, shops and of course the beach, all just 2 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk.
The small and picturesque town of San Josep is located about 10 minutes drive from the Villa. You will find there few supermarkets, bars and restaurants. San Josep is home of one the most famous tapas places in Ibiza called Destino. With it's great value for money, especially for Ibiza's standard is totally worth the visit. Make sure to book a table as it gets very busy.
Overall San Josep has a lovely vibe to it and doesn't fill to busy, it is filled with authentic atmosphere. The village offers few good dinners. It is a perfect stop after visiting Cala Tarida, Cala Vadella or Cala d' Hort. If you are a pizza lover Pizza at Es Verge is a must!
