In this Villa you will enjoy plenty of sun light and lots of space. The Villa itself is 429 m2 and a beautiful garden of 5000 m2 surrounds the Villa. It is easily accessible by transport and it is only 5 minutes by car from several beaches. The Villa is close to many amenities easily and quickly accessed by car.
Three of the four bedrooms are located on the upper floor. These rooms have a sea view and air conditioned. The fourth room is on the ground floor and is also air conditioned. The ground floor has two large living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and terraces.
The swimming pool faces South where direct sun light shines all day. The house also has kitchen service and a bathroom.

The villa is very well connected to public transportation. You can enjoy three fantastic beaches in the neighbourhood, Cala Pada, Cala Martina and Niu Blau. In addition, the town of Santa Eulalia is only 5 minutes away by car, where you can find supermarkets, the historical town centre and many services. There are numerous restaurants nearby where you can enjoy many treats such as paella by the sea in Brisa del Mar restaurant in Cala Pada or Cala Martina restaurant.
