In Villa Can Palazon you will enjoy the spaciousness of a villa decorated with an outstanding Spanish style. With large terraces where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains, barbecue outdoors an attractive pool and gardens. The villa has a large living room, dining room and kitchen all integrated in the same space of approximately 130 m2 of living room. Separated are the 5 double rooms, with 3 full bathrooms and two toilets, another 150 m2 more. It is a very quiet environment just 10 minutes from Ibiza town city centre.
Neighbourhood information
The area is very quiet, residential Montecristo. At about 2 minutes by car there is a large supermarket, 5 minutes away, the town of Sant Rafael with famous restaurants such as Can Pilot, Es Tancó. The Amenesia nightclub is also very close. And the beaches near Ibiza such as Talamanca and Platja den Bossa. No doubt the location is a plus in this villa, near the main points of interest of the island.
