In this Villa you will enjoy quality facilities, newly renovated and with good materials. A swimming pool and barbecue area with plenty of sun due to its South orientation. The Villa is on one floor, there are no stairs to access. It has 4 double bedrooms, two completely new bathrooms, a spacious living room and dining room. It has as well a large and fully equipped kitchen. It has beautiful views of the mountains and the location is in the centre of Ibiza, ideal for touring the island. You will enjoy a lot of privacy, tranquillity and silence.
