About our chef, Alberto Morán : Alberto Moran bases his gastronomic view and concept on the fusion of the different flavours of the world. His mission is to transmit all his experience and knowledge, acquired during his professional career, throughout fifteen years distributed between the different countries above mentioned.

In his recipes highlights the flavours and presentations. The combination of the different ingredients results a surprising offer, which supposes an authentic enjoyment for the palate and a journey for the senses.
