With fish and shellfish from Ibiza we elaborate a great variety of rice and fideuas, bullit de peix, borrida de ratjada, Ibicenca lobster, and lobster grilled, garlic or stew.
We also have several meats, own garden for vegetables and a careful winery with several Denominations of Origin. And finally a select menu of homemade desserts.
