Charming and elegant villa decorated in a modern Ibiza style sleeping up to 7 people with 3 spacious bedrooms plus a sofa bed. Three floors with all with ocean views, a large pool and spacious, light, airy living area that opens up to the pool area. A variety of seating areas ranging from the terrace looking to the pool where a large table is set for dinner, a shaded seating area, the Zen “Atzaro” style garden with plenty of shade and then the 1st floor with sun beds looking to the sea before you reach the stunning roof terrace which has views of the island and Es Vedra. The sunset from here is simply breathtaking and the sun for the Summer months sets directly in front of the property – the roof has a fridge ready for drinks to be enjoyed on the rooftop on the many comfortable seats.
We are an English family with 5 kids ranging from 1 up to 17 and love our down-time in Ibiza. Our villa is our pride and joy and we treat it with love and care so that it can be enjoyed by guests all year round.
The island is wonderful all year round not just in the Summer – many of our favourite moments are in the off-peak Winter season when the sky is a piercing dark blue and the island is full of festivals and almond blossom. Our property is very family friendly but also great for couples and we adore the panoramic sea views.
Very quiet urbanisation largely with properties owned as holiday homes. Less than 5 mins drive to Cala Vadella beach and this can be walked in 15-20 mins. Well stocked supermarket within less than 1KM and a great tapas bar called Can Pa. Sant Josep is the closest town with many shops, pharmacy, garage etc – also close by as are many great restaurants and beach bars. The airport is only 20 mins drive away.
