S'hort des Baladres (the Orchard of the Rosebays) is a countryside villa located just two kilometres away from its closest town, Santa Eulalia del Río. The property has a large and modern house, a great swimming pool and a wonderful placement. The whole property breathes tranquillity and calm, to give to the visitor the opportunity to rest and to disconnect from the everyday noises.
With the beaches from the East coast of the island less than two kilometres away, the property combines cultivated fields, forests and a large garden that the surrounds the house.
S'Hort des Baladres has an official Tourist villa licence VTV0217EIF and we've been happily hosting visitors since 1989.
We are a local family and this is our familiar property. Our ancestors lived here and they worked in these soils. Nowadays, we rent it for the summer, as we live in Santa Eulalia's town. In the photo, the landowners and two of their granddaughters.
The house is in a rural property. It's only 500 metres from the main road, but this distance allows our visitors to enjoy the peace and quietness of the countryside. There no house attached to ours. There are some of them in sight, but you'll have all the privacy you want.
