It is the fresh catch of the day that is cooked every day for 70 guests. You can only eat under reservation; we recommend you call to reserve a table several weeks in advance because it only opens from May to October and besides many Ibizans, tourists who have heard about this restaurant or have read in the tourist guides do not hesitate to book.
