We opened our doors to the public in 1963 with a clear idea: the challenge of establishing a cuisine that offers its guests the delicacies found off the coast of Formentera.
Capri Restaurant is therefore one of the oldest on Formentera and despite the numerous technical and gastronomic innovations that have occurred in the restaurant, that initial idea remains our hallmark half a century later.
