The beautiful, remote Villa Can Maderus is located just outside Santa Eulalia del Río, on a wooded mountain. The 250 m², 2-storey holiday home with its typical Ibizan architecture consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each), 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. All rooms and bedrooms face south towards the garden and pool – with its charming, rustic style the villa combines luxury and comfort. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace and cable TV. The well maintained property of the villa covers 3.000 m² and shines with a beautiful garden in which a pool, a dining area and a sunbathing area are embedded. There is also a covered outdoor barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining in any weather, with a breakfast bar, a fridge, a gas stove and a sink. There is also an outdoor bathroom with a toilet and shower.
