The house at street level has a habitable surface of 160m2 on a ground of 1000m2. A large bright living room gives on one side, on a large patio with its well and, on the other, on the terrace with swimming pool.
A dining area / BBQ, as well as two other outdoor areas complete the garden with lemon, bougainvillea, hibiscus and many other plants.
