Can Berri Vell was already documented as a family home since the 17th century. And we have preserved both, the environment and the name that makes this house a genuine “Ibicenco” place, rooted in the tradition and the landscape that have wrought it. Only by looking around we can see the house, its materials and everyday objects that, throughout history, have made us what we are today.

The house is located in the epicenter of the town of Sant Agusti des Vedrà in Ibiza. Can Berri Vell is located in front of the typically Ibizan architecture church. Stone and lime is seamlessly integrated with the landscape of the Ibiza countryside.

From our first “Can Berri Salad” and “Sweet and Sour Ribs”, through our special version of “Zarangollo”, to our latest culinary creations, we always use local premium quality products. A richer cuisine selection day by day and a service as personalized as possible, both, in the client service as well as in the cuisine service.

Our chef Bruno Hernandez combines his experience and mastery of the raw materials. Elaborating elegant creations and respecting to the maximum the original flavors of the product. His passion for cooking takes us on a journey where scents, textures and mixtures are the real stars.
