The property is very spacious and has few chilling areas spread across, so you will always be able to find some peace to recharge and reset. We are totally in love with Ibiza and all it’s magic and can’t wait to share with you our passion for the island. In our free time we volunteer in a local animal sanctuary. We live with 6 rescue dogs and 4 rescue cats.
Neighbourhood information
The property is located in quiet residential neighbourhood. Walking distance to San Antonio Bay, where you will find restaurants, bars, shops and of course the beach, all just 2 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk. Famous Ocean Beach Club is also a walking distance from the villa, if a little bit of Ibiza party is what you are after.
San Antonio Bay is famous for the breathtaking sunset spots, all of them just short stroll away. You can also walk down to S'Estanoy beach to catch a water taxi to the Port of San Antonio and other beaches.
In just 25 minutes you will arrive in the capital of the island, Ibiza Town, and with its shops, bars, restaurants, port, and historical old town, it is a must do for sightseeing.
The Dalt Vila is a medieval fortress and is the heart of the old town, its winding cobbled streets throughout are filled with small traditional boutiques and museums, a spectacular church at the top and incredible views across Ibiza.
