This restaurant is managed by Manuel and Alba Ramos. Children of Manuel Ramos who left everything behind to build his dream restaurant in Formentera.
The restaurant used to served beer and sausages to cater to huge number of Germans who visits the island.
Today, they also serve Mediterranean, Seafood and Spanish food. And they are very well known for the best paella in the island.
