We booked to go to the villa in 2020 but due restrictions imposed by the pandemic we had to postpone. Despite many requests Raquel still has not refunded our £800 deposit, she has also blocked us from contacting her. Please think carefully before booking !!!!!
Our group booking was cancelled due to the pandemic. Raquel the owner of the villa kept our £800 deposit telling us we could re-book once restrictions were lifted. She then blocked us off all correspondence and has kept our money. Disgraceful fraud. Book your holiday with someone you can trust, not this woman.
