Holiday Home Alberca is a nice semi-detached house with private pool situated in the outskirts of Ibiza Town. One enters the premises by a gate arriving on the terrace with a plunge pool, sunbeds, outside dining table, a barbecue and sitting area. The house has spacious living room with air-conditioning, sitting area with TV, a dining table and equipped kitchen. Also, one of the bathrooms is at the ground floor. Taking the stairs to the first floor, there is a double bedroom, a double bedroom with individual beds, a balcony and TV and a single bedroom. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The first floor has a spacious bathroom with shower and central air-conditioning.
