Cova Santa, one of the most charming restaurants in Ibiza – due to its location in the mountains of San José and its natural cave – is shaping up as a gastronomic quality benchmark on the island.
For 2021, Cova Santa has announced a series of events, international event brands like All Day I Dream, Pyramid, Do Not Sleep, Rumours and WooMoon will be bringing DJs like Sasha, Guy Gerber, Ricardo Villalobos, Lee Burridge, Adam Beyer and Ida Engberg, FINA Records Simon Morrell and son of Balearic legend Alfredo. Jamie Fiorito. Indie pop group Sophie and the Giants will also play an Italo- and disco-inspired set while the White Island Orchestra will play a live set of Ibiza classics.
In line with current Ibizan restrictions, the events will be sit-down only, and Cova Santa has appointed four-time Michelin star chef Xavi Alba to take care of the menu. Set in the San Jose hills, Cova Santa and its network of underground caves have been a refuge for smugglers and pirates as well as hippies throughout Ibiza’s history – the venue was bought by Amnesia Group in 2001 and converted into a multi-purpose venue with indoor ‘party room’ that’s currently closed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Cova Santa, thanks to its amazing and extensive surroundings, becomes a perfect place to carry out the most special and unique events on the island.
