Located on the Balearic island of Ibiza, close to the beautiful bay of Cala Benirràs, Villa Can Paya is situated in an idyllic setting that is ideal for holidays in a natural environment. The area is famous for its spectacular sunsets, its famous Sunday drumming and Ibiza's traditional hippie parties. The colourful holiday home offers a large living/dining room with touches of red, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, toys, children's books, a baby cot and a high chair. Furthermore, an oasis of relaxation and well-being awaits you in the outdoor area: bathe in the dreamlike saltwater pool, read a good book on one of the many sun loungers or round off a mild summer evening with a glass of wine in the lounge area under the pergola. With the breathtaking view of the mountains and the lush vegetation of the area, the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten! A barbecue is also at your disposal so that you can always prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in the open air. If you will not be in the house during the day, please do not leave the cooling/heating systems switched on. Use of bed linen and towels: If, on leaving the house, the home owner notices that the bed linens in the house are heavily dirty and require additional washing, they will be forced to charge a surcharge for this, which will be deducted from your deposit.
